HireBuds maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent activity and financial extortion.

  • EMPLOYERS MAY NOT ASK CANDIDATES FOR MONEY, PROCESSING FEES, OR DEPOSITS.
  • ANY JOB POSTING REQUIRING AN "UPFRONT INVESTMENT" IS FRAUDULENT.
  • WE ARE NOT THE EMPLOYER. We are the technological interface for job discovery.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using HireBuds, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Overview

HireBuds is an AI-powered job listing platform that connects seekers with employers. We do not guarantee job placement or job completion.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate identity data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. HireBuds is not liable for unauthorized account access.

4. Job Listings

Employers are solely responsible for listing accuracy. HireBuds reserves the right to remove any job listing found to be fraudulent or misleading without prior notice.

5. User Conduct

Users agree NOT to: Post false information; Violate laws; Upload harmful content; or harass other professional entities on the network.

6. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their professional content (resumes, posts). By uploading, you grant HireBuds a license to display this data within the neural network.
